Beth Davis leads BD Contractor Services and brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. She oversees the firm’s permitting, compliance, and project recovery work, with a focus on helping clients move projects forward efficiently through complex regulatory and agency processes.
Amy Shao, Licensing Division Manager
Amy Shao leads the Licensing Division and has been with BD Contractor Services for nearly a decade. She oversees licensing and corporate filing workflows with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and efficient turnaround for clients across multiple jurisdictions.
